AI tools at work
Help employees understand what workplace AI tools record about them and their work, and what happens to that data.
Workplace assistants, transcription tools and productivity analytics generate detailed records of how people work. The project would help employees, staff representatives and researchers ask what is recorded, who can access it, how long it is kept and whether it is used to evaluate people or to train models. It would distinguish what an access request can reveal from what remains unknown, and treat confidentiality obligations with care: workplace data may also concern colleagues, clients or trade secrets.
